Implications and execution of the safety at work law

about minimum safety at work expectations on construction sites
and building industry work places
6. § (1) During the writing of project papers, construction site preparation and during its operation, the general planner and those in charge of execution (if these are non-existent, then the person in charge of building operations) have to take into consideration the laws and regulations prescribed by the safety at work law.
(2) Regarding the operations during planning and execution specified in paragraph (1), the general planner and/or those in charge of execution have to:
b, make a safety and health safety plan, in which they should note the special nature of the construction site and work area concerning the safety and health issue expectations.
The plan has to include special operations used during execution which serve the purpose of distinguishing safety and health hazards.

54.§ (1) With regards to safety and health risk free work operations, the employer is obliged to conform with the following basic expectations:
a, hazard avoidance;
b, avoiding unavoidable hazards;
c, managing hazards on the site of their occurrence;
e, using technology advances;
f, replacing hazardous situations with hazard-free, or less hazardous situations;
g, creating a uniform and all-encompassing strategy for hazard avoidance which deals with work operations, technology, work management, work expectations, social relations and environment;(THE CAPMASTER PROGRAM USAGE)
h, concern with collective safety above individual safety;
40. § (1) Work operations, technology, devices/tools and materials should be chosen in such a manner that they do not harm the health or safety of workers or people present at work sites in any way.
(2) On such work sites, where there are employees from multiple companies/employers who work or are present at the site at the same time, the work operations should be devised in such a way that there joint operations present no risk to the workers or people present at the site.
27. § Work sites should be free of health risks and a safe transportation and handling area needed during operations should be provided.
