Good Stuff Ltd General Contract Terms and Conditions (‘GCTC’) aim to provide a system of reference for the provision and acquisition of their services. Furthermore, the GCTC are here to specify the legal relationship between the parties involved. By accepting the terms, the partners of Good Stuff Ltd accepts the conditions of service on the basis of which the Service contract is made between Good Stuff Ltd and the Client.

THE EFFECT OF GCTC:

• This GCTC is in effect concerning all online trading services on the territory of Hungary which can be found on the http://www.goodstuff.hu/ webpage’s (‘Webpage’) online store (‘Online store’), and which the registered client (‘Partner’) can use.
• The trading in the Online store is governed by the CVIII law from 2001 (‘Ektv.’), which concerns some of the questions regarding information society.
• Buying from the Online store can be done by placing the order after a successful registration on the webpage, and is prescribed by this GCTC.
• The following clients may make use of the Online store services: legal entities dealing with resale of the products offered on the Webpage, and other organizations which are not legal entities in the case of successful online registration and understands and accepts the terms and conditions of this GCTC.
• Amendments to the GCTC:

The Service provider is entitled to change the terms and conditions of this GCTC, without notification. The possible changes are in effect from the time they are posted on the Webpage. In the case of pending orders, the GCTC in effect at the time of order will be considered.

• The availability of the GCTC:

The Service provider will make the current General Contract Terms and Conditions available to all on their webpage.

These terms and conditions were written in Hungarian. In the case of translation to any other languages, the Hungarian version is considered.

THE PROCESS OF THE ONLINE STORE ORDER PLACEMENT, LEGAL CONTRACT SIGNING:

• Registration is done by filling out the form found on the Registration link on the Homepage. The Service provider is not liable for delays in shipping or any other problems, if they are based on incorrect data given by the Partner during registration and ordering. The Service provider is not liable for any damage caused by the Partner losing their password or if it comes into possession of other parties.
• The Service provider offers suitable, efficient and available technical means to the Partner, so that mistakes made by the Partner during input can easily be recognized and corrected online.
• The contract between the Parties can be filled in after the required fields in the registration information have been filled in and checked; it is accessible afterwards by clicking on the Order goods in shopping cart icon.
• Contracts can be filled in in any of the languages available on the webpage. The contract agreed upon by the parties this way is considered a legal, written document, and is registered and archived by the Service provider for a legally prescribed time. The Service provider may provide information about the contract, if the Partner requests so in writing.
• In the case of contracts in foreign languages and any possible misinterpretations due to translation, the Hungarian original shall be considered valid.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE CONTENTS OF THE ONLINE STORE

• The properties, specifications, prices and usage guidelines of the products can be seen in detail online as well as in the manuals included in the shipped products. Good Stuff Ltd would like to notify their Partners with all due respect that in spite of trying to provide as precise information as possible, the information about the products, their color and prices may be different from their real state, partly due to differences in monitors’ resolution and mistypes. Therefore, Good Stuff Ltd can not be considered liable for the colors seen on the monitors, and holds its right to correction without notification of the prices, if the pricing is a product of mistyping. The advice and presentations found on the webpage, even in the case of health products, should not be considered as health or medical advice.
• Should any questions about the products arise before purchase, we will gladly answer them through any of our contact channels. The products available in the Online store come with a manual included (where legally specified). If the Partner should not receive the manual with the shipped goods, they are obliged to notify our Customer support about this before using the products, and we will send the missing manual as soon as possible.
• If the Partner or interested party should request more information than there is available in the Online store about the usage, potential usage, or specifications of any of the products, the Service provider will provide all information available.
